TAKE COVER FOR SHADE

Its end of Njaanuary. That Salo is finally hitting your bank account, KA-ching. But as I always advice readers, indulge wisely, indulge wisely I say. You might want to save off some money first for your own  personal development, for example in a sacco, which you can later buy shares with and use part of the remainder to indulge.

Today we are taking a look at sunglasses(pun) also known as shades.

The very first pair of shades you might want to know, were made of iron plates, with horizontal slits indented into them. They were mostly used to protect the eyes from harmful sun glare. But as the times changed and CoCo Chanel became every woman’s obsession, sunglasses were not only protective eyewear but also a new fad for wear on city streets, used to make fashion statements.

They were regarded as chic and trendy fashion accessories, which to say the truth hasn’t changed much since then. To get the perfect shades for this hot weather, it’s also important to understand the shape of your face. Whether you have an oval, heart, round or square face, do get glasses that fit.

1.Oval face

Think Kerry Washington, Anne Hathaway. Your free to experiment with any design of sunglasses. They compliment you pretty well Missus.

2.Square face

Think Jennifer Aniston, Taylor Swift, Heidi Klum. The goal here is to balance the jawline. Some vintage cat-eye sunglasses, round sunglasses or oval sunglasses will do the trick.

3.Round face

Think queen Latifah, think Raven Simmons. Your aim is to counteract the fullness of your face.Try on some square sunglasses, or rectangular chic glasses.

4.Heart face

Think Jennifer Lawrence, from the hunger games,Alexis Bledel,Gilmore girls.Try some butterfly sunglasses or rimless sunglasses.

Till next time, stay safe.
